MARCH PLAYLIST 3.3

Hey y’all!

I know I am a few days behind. I actually have somehow caught the flu so when I tell you for the last 3 days I’ve been in my bed- I have been no where else. It crazy ~ being sick and stuck in bed. This is actually been torture for me. I don’t like staying put in one place for too long. But bright side- this has forced me to slow down and actually relax because I do not know how to do that.

The only thing on my mind right now is how underwhelming projects have been since the start of 2019. I don’t know if its because general public has been HYPE over any and every little thing but I’ve been quite underwhelmed by a lot of projects whether it’s art, music (Solange- love her but this album was one note), brands (Glossier Play – just makeup??) Fashion week (except for Zendaya – I haven’t been too impressed) etc. In all honesty, it could just be me and it might just be me. but everything has been a one big yawn. So I will take that energy, flip it and fuel it into my own projects. This just make me even more so hype for my side projects cause y’all won’t be disappointed.

The music!! Alright- this playlist is quite different and I am obsessed with it. I honestly don’t know what the genre of music it is but I know it makes me feel good. Indie?? I guess it is like 2019 indie music. No alternative r&b (except for one like one song haha.) The visuals is a play off of last march “If You Knew”creative back in 2018. I took elements of the old and created an updated version for “Now you Know” I guess it’s a part 2 of the series. Now you know!
